Integration & Test Engineer, Omen

What you'll do

• Own surrogate platform test activities, including crewed configurations and full-size mock-ups.
• Develop and execute right-sized test plans for surrogate flight tests, capturing learnings for design improvements.
• Lead integration of Vehicle and Mission System components onto surrogate platforms to characterize subsystem performance.
• Coordinate crewed surrogate operations, including pod integration, instrumentation, pre-flight checks, and mission planning.
• Plan and execute powertrain rig operations for testing control system integration in representative environments.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering or aviation-related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in flight test operations with uncrewed or autonomous air systems.
• Experience integrating subsystems, payloads, and FTI onto flight platforms.
• Knowledge of airspace management, flight test safety, and test range operations.
• Strong test engineering skills including DAQ setup, sensor selection, and communication protocol fluency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for broad audiences.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance in the US, UK, or Australia.
