What you'll do

Support the use of 'Test' as a design tool for component and system maturation.
Assemble complex electro-mechanical subsystems, high-quality wire harnesses, and test racks.
Build and operate Hardware In the Loop (HITL) physical integration environments.
Integrate developmental subsystems into uncrewed surrogate platforms and support flight tests.
Execute test procedures across integration environments and report learnings efficiently.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in component, electrical, and electronics build and test in R&D.
Experience building and operating HIL/HITL/IRON BIRD environments for flight vehicles.
Proficiency with high voltage and high power testing equipment and systems.
Competency in reading electrical system schematics and capturing 'as-built' configurations.
Knowledge of electronics troubleshooting, including common protocols like CAN/Ethernet/Serial.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain a security clearance in the US, UK, or Australia preferred.
Strong safety mindset and ability to execute work safely in experimental environments.
