Integration & Technical Infrastructure Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee integration and fit-out activities for data center construction projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, tracking major milestones for timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align on project goals.
• Advocate for safe worksites and implement Microsoft’s High Risk Activity program.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and risk management processes during projects.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field and 10+ years of experience.
• Proven experience managing data center construction, telecom infrastructure, and fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical/electrical systems, commissioning, and integrated testing.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects independently with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and cross-group collaboration skills for stakeholder coordination.
• Experience in mission-critical facilities and vendor management.
