Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience, along with hands-on expertise in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft PCs, network switches, firewalls, and RF devices. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team are essential for this role, which may require up to 15% domestic/international travel.
