Data Center IT Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Empower a culture of safety, security, and compliance in data center activities.
• Lead and develop high-performing individual contributors on the team.
• Manage data center site services, logistics, and deployment operations.
• Analyze production operations to ensure operational stability and initiate corrective actions.
• Establish quality standards for Datacenter teams and manage initiatives to completion.

What we're looking for

• At least 6 years of experience in mission-critical service management.
• Proven leadership in technical and operational oversight of complex datacenter networks.
• Experience with OSP/ISP fiber architecture for mission-critical environments.
• Track record of capacity planning, demand forecasting, and long-term infrastructure strategy.
• Ability to lead datacenter decommissioning and infrastructure optimization efforts.
• Expertise in driving cross-organizational alignment and execution across networking and operations.
