What you'll do

  • Manage the integration of acquired companies across corporate processes and systems.

  • Analyze problems and formulate hypotheses to provide data-driven recommendations for growth and transformation.
  • Integrate new technologies and processes to support Finance & Operations transformation initiatives.
  • Monitor integration progress and identify areas for process improvement and enhancement.
  • Research industry trends and best practices to inform corporate integration strategies.
  • Develop business cases and execute strategic plans to drive change in a digitally-enabled era.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Accounting (preferred).
  • Proven experience in integration management, preferably within a large organization or consulting firm.
  • Experience working as a consultant delivering significant transformation.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, statistical software, discounted cash flow toolsets, and SaaS technologies for financial analysis and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of IBM Finance & Operation teams and their business goals.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven skills in business case development, leadership, and building consensus with key stakeholders.
