This role focuses on solving problems amidst rapid technological disruptions while helping define the company's position within the hybrid cloud, artificial intelligence, and quantum markets.

What you'll do

  • Shape C-suite decisions and strategic direction through targeted project engagements.
  • Identify root causes, test hypotheses, and determine business outcomes with Business Unit leaders.
  • Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders to gather information and gain diverse perspectives.
  • Develop fact-based insights on markets and competitors using research, interviews, and internal databases.
  • Translate complex, ambiguous problems into structured approaches to identify growth opportunities.
  • Create and deliver high-quality presentations to communicate findings to senior executives.
  • Collaborate with client teams to implement and manage actionable solutions for business transformation.

What we're looking for

  • Must possess a Master's Degree in Business Administration or Management.
  • Must have proven business experience.
  • Must be fluent in the English language.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% annually.
  • Must possess strong problem-solving skills to translate complex ambiguities into structured solutions.
  • Must have deep analytical skills and the ability to formulate data-driven recommendations.
  • Must possess powerful communication and storytelling skills for verbal and written interactions with senior executives.
  • Must be able to work independently in an ambiguous environment.
