What you'll do

  • Own and manage all powertrain test activities from concept to production.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline
  • 5+ years experience in hybrid powertrain system integration and testing
  • Extensive knowledge of high voltage electric drive systems
  • Experience with dynamometer testing, motor characterization, and gearbox acceptance
  • Expertise in working safely with high voltage systems (400V+)
  • Strong foundation in test engineering including DAQ setup and communication protocols
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for broad audiences
