Integrated Technologies Architect, Network Assurance

What you'll do

• Capture and analyze network data at client sites to identify issues in wired and wireless networks.
• Create and deliver concise reports and documentation using standardized formats for clients and internal teams.
• Present final network assessment reports to the Oracle Health Implementation team and client leadership up to the C-Suite.
• Provide daily status reports to keep clients and internal teams updated on task progress.
• Conduct network assessments during irregular hours to access restricted areas like surgery suites or emergency rooms.
• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements, including administrative tasks like expense reports and timesheets.
• Adhere to established processes, methodologies, and best practices for all network assessments.

What we're looking for

• Must have at least 4 years of total combined higher education and related work experience.
• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Healthcare, Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be willing to travel up to 80% as needed.
• Must be willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
• Four years' experience with wired (LAN) and wireless (WLAN) network assessments and administration (preferred).
• Experience with Network Assessment Software/Tools such as Ekahau, Air Magnet, Fluke, netAlly, or packet analyzer tools (preferred).
• Experience with technical troubleshooting, strong communication, C-Suite interaction, Microsoft Office, and Visio (preferred).
