What you'll do

Provide 24/7/365 operational oversight and initial incident assessment as the primary technical lead for infrastructure services.
Monitor and analyze enterprise alerts, alarms, and system health indicators to identify issues and coordinate resolutions.
Act as the central interface between leadership, cyber teams, network teams, and other service lanes during events.
Initiate and lead crisis action teams for critical infrastructure incidents to ensure rapid escalation and documentation.
Maintain the Common Operating Picture and enterprise monitoring sites to provide real-time visibility of infrastructure health.
Track planned and emergency maintenance actions and communicate operational impacts to relevant stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Must possess an active Top Secret SCI clearance with a favorable polygraph.
Must be a US citizen.
Must have 10+ years of related experience.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or 12+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree.
Must have hands-on experience with core infrastructure services including Active Directory, storage, server compute, web services, and network troubleshooting.
Must have experience working in high-tempo operational or network operations center (NOC/ITOC) environments.
Must possess skills in infrastructure administration, IT operations support, and system health and performance monitoring.
Active TS/SCI clearance with a favorable polygraph.
