Information Technology Manager

What you'll do

• Plan, prioritize, and manage IT support and maintenance activities to ensure reliable system functionality.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend hardware and software products to enhance organizational information systems.
• Liaise with area managers to determine requirements for installing, configuring, and maintaining information systems.
• Lead, direct, and develop a team of information systems professionals to support operations within budget.
• Approve system development cost estimates, budgets, and project schedules.
• Direct daily department activities including IMAC, VMAC, and Help Desk ticket resolution for site infrastructure.
• Manage relationships with outsourced service providers, including service level agreements and cost negotiations.
• Manage business continuity and recovery plans, including needs analysis, design, and implementation.

What we're looking for

• Requires 8+ years of relevant experience in IT.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology preferred; or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrates advanced functional and technical experience or process management skills.
• Demonstrates customer relationship skills for both internal and external contacts.
• Experience managing IT support, maintenance, and infrastructure including LAN, WAN, telephony, and server administration.
• Experience leading and developing a team of information systems professionals and support staff.
• Experience managing service providers, service level agreements, and change management.
• Experience managing business continuity and recovery for company information systems.
