Information Technology Analyst, Power Platform

What you'll do

• Develop, test, deploy, and support business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
• Translate business requirements from stakeholders into practical technical solutions and automated workflows.
• Manage the Power Platform ecosystem, including environment configuration, access management, and Data Loss Prevention policies.
• Execute application lifecycle management tasks such as solution deployment, source control, and release activities.
• Troubleshoot application failures, integration issues, and production incidents to ensure operational stability.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for solution designs, deployment instructions, and operational procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance to Power Platform users and citizen developers.
• Participate in Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical quality checks.

What we're looking for

• Must have a bachelor’s degree, relevant military experience at or above U.S. E5 ranking, or 3 years of relevant experience.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States.
• Must be able to develop, test, deploy, and support solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
• Must understand platform administration, including environment management, configuration, capacity, and licensing.
• Must have exposure to governance and security concepts such as DLP policies, security roles, and RBAC.
• Must have basic knowledge of application lifecycle management (ALM), including deployment pipelines, source control, and CI/CD concepts.
• Must have exposure to integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, REST APIs, or Azure services.
• Exposure to programming languages like C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, HTML, or CSS is an added advantage (preferred).
