IT Security Analyst

What you'll do

• Implement and maintain security controls to protect the global IT environment.
• Support established cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures while improving operational processes.
• Oversee vulnerability management for manufacturing environments, including workstation patching and software lifecycle management.
• Manage endpoint privilege systems and application whitelisting policies.
• Maintain security controls such as USB device restrictions, secure baselines, and browser extensions.
• Investigate and respond to security events following documented incident response procedures.
• Coordinate remediation activities and escalate issues as necessary during security incidents.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a similar discipline.
• 3+ years of IT experience.
• 1-3 years of experience supporting a manufacturing or laboratory IT environment.
• Experience supporting scientific instruments such as HPLC, ESI, liquid handling, or similar.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with an EDR, EPM system, or other Cybersecurity systems like Crowdstrike or Cyberark.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and best practices.
• Prior hands-on Cybersecurity experience (preferred).
• An industry standard cybersecurity certification such as Security+ (preferred).
