As a Senior Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Developer, you will join the team to design, develop, and support secure, scalable business solutions. You will be responsible for building and maintaining applications using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power BI. Your daily work involves customizing entities, forms, and business rules, while architecting complex flows and integrating solutions with external systems via APIs and Azure services. You must utilize JavaScript, C#, and PCF custom controls for client-side and server-side customizations. The role requires enforcing ALM best practices and managing deployment pipelines. You will solve technical problems by translating complex business requirements into scalable solutions to improve reporting, user experience, and overall business processes across the organization.

What you'll do

Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform.
Customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, business rules, dashboards, and security roles.
Architect and develop Power Automate flows to support complex business processes and integrations.
Integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions with external systems using APIs and Azure services.
Enforce ALM best practices, including solution management, environment strategy, and deployment pipelines.
Lead troubleshooting efforts and application enhancements to ensure performance, security, and maintainability.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions with minimal guidance.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree required.
4–6 years of directly relevant experience in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or related technologies.
Relevant advanced degree with 2–4 years of directly relevant experience.
Deep proficiency with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) and Power Automate development.
Strong experience with Dataverse, including tables, relationships, security roles, and data modeling.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, C#, and PCF Custom controls for Dynamics 365.
Proven experience with solution management, environments, and deployment best practices in the Power Platform.
Hands-on experience with Azure services, Power BI, Copilot Studio, SQL Server, or Microsoft certifications (preferred).
