What you'll do

Develop, configure, and maintain modern SharePoint sites, pages, lists, and web parts.
Create automated business solutions using Power Automate cloud flows and Power Apps.
Apply HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript to develop responsive and accessible front-end interfaces.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and practical digital solutions.
Integrate SharePoint with approved Microsoft 365 services and various data sources.
Troubleshoot technical issues and improve the performance and maintainability of existing solutions.
Maintain solution documentation following standards for security, accessibility, and change management.
Identify automation opportunities to streamline processes and reduce repetitive manual work.

What we're looking for

U.S. Citizenship is required.
Bachelor's Degree in Science with 5 years of experience or 3 years with a Master's Degree.
Bachelor's Degree in Science with 8 years of experience or 6 years with a Master's Degree.
Demonstrated experience developing, customizing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions with a focus on front-end development and user experience.
Experience developing Power Automate workflows and integrating Microsoft 365 services.
Proficiency in Photoshop (layers/masks/channels/alphas/actions/layer comps) and Illustrator (vector file format).
Proficiency in Visual Studio and front-end skills including CSS, Vanilla JavaScript, Native Fetch API, SharePoint REST API, and Bootstrap.
Proficiency in coding HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Responsive Web Design, and a thorough understanding of 508 compliance.
Experience with Power Apps and broader Power Platform development practices (preferred).
Experience with SharePoint Framework, TypeScript, REST APIs, and Microsoft 365 integration capabilities (preferred).
