What you'll do

  • Lead cross-functional teams in designing, implementing, and supporting AI-enabled Icertis CLM solutions.
  • Drive AI-powered automation and platform enhancements to improve contract lifecycle efficiency and user experience.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and intelligent CLM solutions.
  • Ensure system reliability, data integrity, and compliance through proactive monitoring and analytics.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery including solution architecture, AI transformation, and risk management.
  • Establish best practices, governance standards, and delivery excellence for AI-augmented contract management.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise application delivery, contract management platforms, or software engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience leading technical teams in a manager, delivery lead, or program leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience with Icertis CLM, including configuration, implementation, integration, and support.
  • Experience delivering cloud-based enterprise applications, AI-enabled solutions, and system integrations.
  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes, workflow automation, artificial intelligence, data management, and governance concepts.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Icertis certifications or advanced experience leading enterprise CLM implementations (preferred).
