The role addresses the critical challenge of securing mission-critical infrastructure by ensuring identity governance, continuous compliance auditing, and rapid response to authentication outages across classified networks.

What you'll do

  • Manage enterprise Active Directory Domain Services, DNS/DHCP infrastructure, and Group Policy architectures.
  • Lead the transition of legacy directory structures into a Zero Trust framework with micro-segmentation.
  • Oversee identity lifecycle management, including multi-factor authentication and account security audits.
  • Manage a team of administrators and engineers while overseeing task delegation and incident escalation.
  • Ensure infrastructure compliance with NIST SP 800-207, RMF, and DISA STIG standards.
  • Coordinate emergency response and troubleshooting for critical identity or authentication outages in a 24/7 environment.
  • Develop technical training materials and standard operating procedures for the assigned workforce.

What we're looking for

  • Must be a United States citizen.
  • Must possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • 5 years of experience supporting enterprise operations in mission-critical DOD/IC environments.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in identity management, Active Directory, or core domain services operations.
  • Experience supporting globally distributed classified environments with DoD, IC, or coalition networks.
  • Technical proficiency in Windows Server Administration, Active Directory Domain Services, Group Policy Management, DNSSEC, and DHCP network access controls.
  • Must hold an IAT Level Baseline Certification (e.g., Security+, CASP+, CySA+, CCNP).
  • US Citizenship.
