IAM Security Analyst II

What you'll do

• Administer enterprise identity lifecycle processes, including onboarding, account building, and automated provisioning.
• Manage access control functionality using IGA platforms, PAM solutions, and Microsoft Entra.
• Use PowerShell and Python to automate provisioning workflows and build system integrations.
• Design access certifications, role architectures, and SSO configurations based on business requirements.
• Resolve Tier 2/3 identity incident tickets and participate in an on-call rotation for production support.
• Lead small-to-medium security projects and mentor junior analysts on script standards and troubleshooting.
• Create operational documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for identity management.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of previous experience or a minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience.
• Must be able to perform Tier 2/3 identity incident resolution and participate in an on-call rotation.
• Must be able to administer enterprise identity lifecycle processes, IGA platforms, PAM solutions, and Microsoft Entra.
• Must be able to use scripting languages like PowerShell and Python and data formats like JSON to automate workflows.
• Must be able to lead small-to-medium security projects and mentor junior analysts.
• Industry-related security certification or IAM platform certification(s) are preferred.
• Four or more years of Identity and Access Management experience is preferred.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
