What you'll do

Architect, design, build, and operate hardware test systems for satellite hardware design verification.
Define test requirements and acceptance criteria in collaboration with design engineers.
Build quantitative models for test coverage, reliability, and throughput to inform design trade studies.
Analyze test data to generate comprehensive reports and actionable design recommendations.
Perform root cause analysis on test failures and lead corrective actions.
Optimize test coverage, reduce test time, and improve measurement accuracy.
Develop test plans, scripts, and data sets to ensure adequate hardware coverage.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in hardware design and validation of components, subsystems, and systems.
3+ years of experience in development, programming, or scripting languages such as Python, Java, Bash, or Perl.
Experience with test plan development, building test bench infrastructure, and verifying designs.
Experience designing and planning test conditions, scripts, and data sets to ensure adequate coverage and control.
Experience using common electronics test equipment like oscilloscopes, power supplies, and function generators.
Master's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent (preferred).
Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates.
