Key responsibilities include defining multi-year roadmaps, leading digital transformations, and championing AI capabilities within workflows. The role demands deep technical fluency in HCM platforms like Oracle HCM Cloud, equity administration tools, and deferred compensation systems, alongside expertise in product management, stakeholder engagement, and team development. This position is crucial for ensuring our rewards ecosystem remains scalable, compliant, and competitive in a complex financial services environment.

What you'll do

  • Define and own the multi-year product roadmap for compensation-related platforms.
  • Serve as executive authority on compensation technology, translating frameworks into scalable capabilities.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives to retire legacy tools in favor of modern solutions.
  • Champion automation of compensation data workflows and integration with adjacent systems.
  • Manage end-to-end platform implementations from vendor evaluation through hypercare.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of senior-level product management experience in compensation or rewards technology.
  • Deep expertise in compensation planning, equity, deferred compensation, and carried interest programs.
  • Proven track record leading full-lifecycle compensation platform implementations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead digital transformations and build products from scratch.
  • Strong people leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring product managers.
  • Exceptional executive-level communication skills for influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science, or Finance preferred.
