Key responsibilities include managing product management teams, overseeing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with SEC and ERISA regulations. Required expertise includes deep knowledge of compensation planning cycles, pay equity analytics, and integration strategies between payroll and HRIS systems. The role requires proficiency in enterprise HCM platforms like Oracle HCM Cloud to manage complex rewards infrastructure within a regulated financial services environment.

What you'll do

  • Define and own the multi-year product roadmap for all compensation-related platforms including equity, deferred pay, and carry structures.
  • Translate complex rewards frameworks into scalable platform capabilities while integrating AI and machine learning into compensation workflows.
  • Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives to replace legacy tools with modern, automated, and integrated technology solutions.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of platform implementations, including vendor selection, configuration, testing, and change management.
  • Automate compensation data workflows such as market benchmarking ingestion, job architecture mapping, and pay equity analytics.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers while establishing standards for roadmap governance and product metrics.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, and Technology leaders to ensure platforms meet regulatory requirements and firm-wide goals.
  • Manage vendor relationships including contract negotiations, service level oversight, and long-term partnership governance.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in product management focused on compensation, rewards, or HCM technology in complex environments.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in compensation planning, pay design, equity, deferred compensation, and carried interest programs.
  • Proven track record of leading full-lifecycle compensation platform implementations and digital transformation programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build products from 0 to 1 and manage teams of product managers.
  • Experience with enterprise HCM platforms like Oracle HCM Cloud (preferred).
  • Agile Product Owner or Scrum Master certification (preferred).
