High Speed Analog/RF/Mixed-Signal Design Engineer

What you'll do

• Design high-performance, high-speed analog and mixed-signal circuits for system-on-chip (SoC) integration.
• Evaluate various circuit topologies to meet specific requirements for low noise, power supply rejection, and phase noise.
• Implement transistor-level designs and behavioral modeling for complex IP blocks.
• Drive mask design to implement the layout view of integrated circuits.
• Develop mixed-signal control loops to optimize product performance and efficiency.
• Create block-level specifications in coordination with cross-functional architecture and packaging teams.
• Perform lab testing, debugging, and data analysis on high-speed mixed-signal or RF circuits.
• Utilize scripting and automation to enhance design efficiency and modeling accuracy.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor of Science degree and at least 10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Deep understanding of analog mixed-signal design with experience in high-speed analog, mixed signal, or RF design (preferred).
• Experience designing circuit blocks such as Bandgap, LDOs, amplifiers, ADCs, DACs, Oscillators, Filters, PLLs, and LNAs (preferred).
• Understanding of concepts like mismatch mitigation, linearity, stability, low-power, and low-noise techniques (preferred).
• Knowledge of digitally assisted analog design, frequency/time domain equalization, and mixed signal feedback control loops (preferred).
• Experience in circuit modeling and performance evaluation using SystemVerilog, Matlab, Python, or VerilogAMS (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with advanced CMOS technologies, including FinFET technology (preferred).
• Experience in IC development from definition to production, including layout supervision, bench evaluation, and characterization (preferred).
