Head of Information Architecture joins the Information Architecture team to lead enterprise-wide information architecture strategy and data transformation initiatives. This role involves developing scalable data governance frameworks, establishing management standards, and overseeing the integration of emerging technologies across multiple divisions. The successful candidate will mentor a high-performing team of specialists while partnering with senior leadership to improve data accessibility and business intelligence capabilities. Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide information architecture strategy aligned with business objectives.

What we're looking for
Must have at least 12 years of experience in information architecture, data management, or enterprise technology leadership.
Proven track record of leading large-scale data architecture initiatives in complex, multi-divisional organizations.
Expertise in data modeling, database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing technical teams through leadership and management.
Ability to communicate and present complex technical concepts to executive audiences.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred experience in financial services, media, or data-intensive industries with regulatory compliance requirements.
Preferred knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and data governance tools (Collibra, Informatica, Alation).
