Head of Data & AI Architecture

What you'll do

• Define and evolve the target-state Data & AI architecture to align with business goals and technology priorities.
• Create reference architectures, design standards, and reusable patterns for data platforms, machine learning, and generative AI.
• Architect an enterprise data product model featuring domain-driven designs, master data management, and semantic layers.
• Design end-to-end AI ecosystems including feature stores, MLOps/LLMOps pipelines, RAG, and agentic frameworks at scale.
• Establish "Data & AI Platforms as a Service" to provide self-service capabilities and standardized tools for business units.
• Embed security, privacy, and regulatory compliance requirements into all architectural designs by default.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Data & AI architects while serving as an executive advisor.
• Drive the adoption of architecture standards through governance frameworks, design reviews, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.

What we're looking for

• Must have 12+ years of experience in data and technology architecture.
• Must have 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale Data and AI architecture initiatives.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Must possess deep expertise in modern data platforms including cloud warehouses, lakehouses, streaming architectures, and domain-driven data products.
• Must have hands-on experience architecting AI/ML and GenAI solutions, including MLOps, LLMOps, RAG, and agentic AI capabilities.
• Requires advanced knowledge of cloud-native data and AI services across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Must demonstrate strong expertise in data governance, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance such as PCI DSS.
• Applicant must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
