  • At least 3-5 years in a senior leadership position within the finance sector.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.
  • Experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems like Oracle Fusion and Anaplan.
  • Demonstrated ability to own problems end-to-end in a finance function.
  • Strong critical thinking, technical precision, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills for driving consensus.
