What you'll do

  • Own the Small Drones financial operating rhythm including forecasting and budgeting.
  • Develop executive-ready reporting for AD&S leadership to drive decision-making.
  • Analyze cost drivers and develop business-line models to improve predictability.
  • Create comprehensive headcount plans aligned with roadmap delivery and commitments.
  • Manage IRAD budget tracking and support investment decisions for strategic initiatives.
  • Support program performance management by providing actionable insights on actuals vs. forecast.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, modeling, and forecasting
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial data analysis tools
  • Experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle)
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA preferred
  • Ability to work autonomously on ambiguous projects and drive them to completion
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in dynamic environments
