Senior Manager, Finance - Commissions

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end accounting and operational oversight of sales commission programs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between compensation plans and accounting treatment.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly commission accounting processes, including accruals and reconciliations.
• Optimize the Varicent incentive compensation system for data integrity and scalability.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce manual calculations and enhance automation.
• Design and maintain internal controls over commission calculations in a SOX compliant environment.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with expertise in commission accounting under US GAAP and ASC 606.
• Proven leadership experience managing a team of three or more commission accounting professionals across international locations.
• Experience working in a publicly traded company, ensuring SOX compliance for internal controls over commissions.
• Strong technical knowledge of incentive compensation management systems like Varicent, Xactly, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and optimize processes for system scalability and automation.
