What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain ETC forecasts and EAC integrity for multiple contracts.
  • Conduct contract profit margin analysis and surveillance regularly.
  • Forecast income statements and balance sheets by contract and business line.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc financial reports for program management.
  • Review month-end close output to ensure accurate revenue reflection of performance.
  • Support quarterly business reviews and long-range planning initiatives.
  • Identify future issues and implement process improvements proactively.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field
  • 2+ years of experience as a financial analyst
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with EAC budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining financial performance to stakeholders
  • U.S. citizenship required
