What we're looking for
Over 10 years of experience with development tools and at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of implementing large-scale IT initiatives and creating resilient infrastructure.
Strategic vision to develop and communicate an Infrastructure Development vision that aligns with business strategy.
Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences, including board members and technical teams.
Experience in driving cultural change and transformational initiatives like agile, DevOps, and cloud adoption at scale.
Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering; Master's preferred.
