What you'll do

Lead and manage a team responsible for designing, developing, and operating mission-critical cloud security services.
Own the delivery and operational excellence of Tier 0 Crypto services, ensuring reliability and scalability.
Oversee the design and development of large-scale cloud-native security services, including key management and secrets management.
Drive long-term architectural evolution and modernization within existing software architectures.
Establish and enforce engineering best practices through subordinate managers to ensure consistent execution.
Partner with OCI service teams and executive stakeholders to define strategy and prioritize investments in security platforms.
Ensure services meet stringent availability, durability, security, compliance, and performance requirements for Tier 0 platforms.

What we're looking for

Over 10 years of software engineering experience, including leadership in large-scale distributed systems and cloud services.
Proven track record of leading complex software development environments with significant people management experience.
Strong expertise in software architecture, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and service operations.
Demonstrated success managing large-scale software projects and cross-functional engineering teams.
Deep understanding of operational excellence, site reliability, and security considerations in distributed systems.
Experience working closely with executive leadership to influence organizational strategy and policy.
