What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as data science, statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, or computer science.
12+ years of experience in analytics, data science, quantitative modeling, strategy, or business intelligence, including significant leadership experience.
Demonstrated experience leading and developing large analytics organizations and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Strong expertise in machine learning, predictive analytics, advanced analytical methodologies, and generative artificial intelligence.
Proficiency in modern analytics technologies including Python, SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, and cloud-based data platforms.
Ability to influence senior executives and lead cross-functional initiatives across business, product, technology, risk, finance, and operations teams.
Master’s degree or PhD in a quantitative discipline (preferred).
Experience in automotive finance, commercial banking, or related financial services businesses (preferred).
