As a Hardware Systems Engineer, you will join a multi-functional team to innovate iPhone and iPad products while engaging with the Hardware, Module, and Design & Validation teams. Your daily responsibilities involve evaluating overall system designs by conducting evaluation tests, creating Failure Analysis reports, and optimizing test processes for coverage improvements. You will develop benchmarking matrices by crafting or modifying automation scripts to build performance graphs and work to close potential test gaps. The role requires hands-on experience with prototype work and functional verification of electronics. You must be proficient with lab equipment including digital multi-meters, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and data loggers.
