What you'll do

Lead the hardware lifecycle for high-speed coherent optical interconnect products.
Drive the innovation, architecture, specification, design, and validation of new hardware.
Resolve complex business problems using expertise in telecommunications and high-speed electro-optical transmission systems.
Serve as a technical expert on verification and issue resolution to integrate changes into the hardware lifecycle.
Lead, mentor, and influence other engineers across hardware and multi-disciplinary organizations.
Manage PCB layout and constraints for high-speed signaling above 50 GHz.
Utilize analog/RF simulation tools and power integrity analysis to ensure system performance.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 12 years of relevant industry experience.
Experience with transmission line theory and effects including micro strip, strip line, and CPW.
Experience with high-efficiency DC-DC power converters.
Proficiency with analog/RF simulation tools such as LTSpice or ADS.
Experience with VxDesigner, Allegro PCB, or SiP Layout tools.
Experience with PCB layout and constraint management for high-speed signaling above 50 GHz.
Experience with debugging and lab skills using innovative test equipment.
