Hardware Development Engineer, Antenna

What you'll do

• Design printed circuit boards, antennas, high-speed digital/RF circuitry, and custom test fixtures.
• Develop and implement signaling and control algorithms to interface with hardware components.
• Perform bring-up, testing, and optimization of phased array antenna prototypes in a lab environment.
• Ensure hardware interoperability by partnering with silicon, software, mechanical, and avionics teams.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and equipment suppliers to manage part procurement.
• Support smooth production schedules for satellite and customer terminal hardware.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience in hardware design and validation of components, subsystems, and systems.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, physics, or equivalent.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.
• Experience designing PCBs, antennas, high-speed digital/RF circuitry, and custom test fixtures.
• Ability to develop and implement signaling and control algorithms to interface with hardware.
• Experience with hardware/software integration and real-time systems (preferred).
• Knowledge of engineering practices for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle (preferred).
