What you'll do
Design and modify guidance and control systems for fixed-wing aircraft.
Develop navigation systems using sensor fusion of IMUs, magnetometers, GNSS, pressure sensors.
Create 6-DOF simulation environments for UAS development and validation.
Write software to adjust flight behaviors in unmanned aerospace systems.
Conduct bench tests, HIL testing, and field testing of UAS platforms.
Collaborate with hardware design teams to ensure software-hardware compatibility.
What we're looking for
BS degree in relevant engineering field plus at least 12 years of experience developing MATLAB/Simulink control systems with auto code experience
Experience in developing physics-based 6 DOF simulations and motion platforms
Proficiency in Gazebo or similar simulation tools, MATLAB/Simulink, C/C++, Python
Ability to develop guidance and autonomy algorithms for denied environments
US Citizenship and capability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance
Experience with data post-processing from simulation or flight testing and report writing
