As a Flight Controls & GNC Engineer at TSC’s Airborne ISR Division, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the safety and performance of flight control systems across multiple fixed-wing platforms. Your day-to-day responsibilities include translating technical information for automation initiatives, executing project tasks within a dedicated team, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to conduct HIL/SIL tests and ground/flight testing. You will also analyze data to support developmental efforts and contribute to risk management workflows, ensuring the continuous improvement of flight control technology. Essential skills include hands-on experience in software development for flight controls, guidance navigation and control systems, as well as proficiency with hardware-in-the-loop simulators and software configuration tools. This role requires a BS degree in relevant engineering fields plus two years of direct experience, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.
