GTM Engineer - TAM, Whitespace & Prioritized Prospecting

What you'll do

• Build and maintain Clay workflows to map intent signals and build outbound lists.
• Enrich and score accounts using third-party signals for prioritized prospect lists.
• Own the data pipeline from Clay into CRM, ensuring accuracy and actionability.
• Continuously refine scoring models based on conversion data and sales feedback.
• Develop a roadmap for integrating 3rd-party signal providers into prospecting workflows.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Engineering with focus on prospecting infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining Clay workflows for enrichment waterfalls and scoring logic.
• Deep familiarity with third-party signal providers to activate signals in prioritized outreach and territory planning.
• Strong SQL skills and comfort working directly in a data warehouse environment for validation and model iteration.
• Experience with identity resolution and deduplication tooling to ensure enriched records are clean before entering CRM.
