  • Embed with sales teams to understand where reps win or lose and improve systems accordingly.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or GTM Engineering with experience owning rep-facing tooling and workflow automation.
  • Hands-on experience building scorecards, coaching workflows, and deal health views using conversation and revenue intelligence platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to embed with sales teams, translating field insights into systems, playbooks, and automation that drive rep behavior change.
  • Experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents and agentic workflows that transform real work in a sales environment.
  • Strong communicator who trains non-technical audiences and builds buy-in for new tools and workflows across sales leadership and frontline reps.
