What you'll do

Manage the full contract lifecycle for government and commercial contracts including proposal support, negotiation, and close-out.
Negotiate complex contractual terms with federal agencies, prime contractors, and subcontractors.
Ensure strict compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations, legal requirements, and internal company policies.
Provide contract summaries and risk mitigation strategies to program managers and executives.
Oversee the preparation of contract proposal planning and management for various business lines.
Maintain comprehensive contract documentation and accurate compliance records.
Develop and implement new contract policies and processes to improve operational efficiency.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in business administration, government, or a related field.
5+ years of experience with full life cycle contract management for CPFF, FFP, and T&M government and commercial contracts.
Strong working knowledge of US Government contracting including FAR/DFARS experience.
U.S. Person status is required to access export-controlled data.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
