What you'll do

Define enterprise roadmaps and reference architectures for AI agent platforms using Google ADK and Vertex AI.
Provide technical governance for large-scale agentic AI implementations and evaluate emerging AI protocols.
Lead AI agent development teams to ensure platform scalability, security, and production readiness.
Establish engineering standards, development lifecycle practices, and observability frameworks for AI systems.
Create reusable agent frameworks, accelerators, and deployment patterns for enterprise use.
Align AI initiatives with business objectives while ensuring adherence to responsible AI and security requirements.
Sponsor innovation initiatives, proof-of-concepts, and capability-building programs for AI technologies.

What we're looking for

12+ years of software engineering experience.
5+ years in AI/ML leadership roles.
Expert knowledge of Google ADK, Vertex AI, Generative AI architectures, and multi-agent systems.
Extensive experience designing enterprise-scale AI platforms on Google Cloud.
Strong expertise in Python, cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, containerization, and DevOps practices.
Experience leading large engineering teams and managing complex transformation initiatives.
Deep understanding of AI governance, evaluation frameworks, observability, and production operations (preferred).
Experience with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen (preferred).
