What you'll do

Architect and develop multi-agent AI solutions using Google ADK and Vertex AI.
Design hierarchical and collaborative agent workflows using MCP and A2A protocols.
Define integration approaches for enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and knowledge repositories.
Lead development of agent deployment, testing, debugging, monitoring, and observability frameworks.
Drive implementation of CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployment models.
Build reusable agent components, orchestration frameworks, and accelerators.
Manage a team of AI engineers through code reviews, mentoring, and design workshops.
Translate business requirements into technical implementation plans and project governance.

What we're looking for

8-12 years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in AI/ML solutions.
Hands-on experience with Google ADK, Vertex AI, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
Strong programming expertise in Python.
Experience with Google Cloud services including Cloud Run, Kubernetes, Agent Runtime, and GenAI services.
Knowledge of agent orchestration, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and LLM operations.
Experience implementing observability, human-in-the-loop controls, and durable state management.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
