What you'll do

  • Manage supplier transitions including site moves, dual-sourcing, supplier exits, and merger and acquisition integration activities.
  • Execute project management tasks using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies to ensure business continuity and supply chain stability.
  • Maintain accurate project data, track risks and dependencies, and provide clear status updates to leadership.
  • Manage Supplier Notifications (SNFs) by verifying data accuracy and ensuring compliance with change management requirements.
  • Develop and maintain site and part qualification plans in coordination with engineering and quality teams.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure all deliverables are met on schedule and according to quality standards.
  • Conduct supplier capability assessments and audits at domestic and international manufacturing sites.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to the creation of team playbooks and standard operating procedures.

What we're looking for

  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in project and program management.
  • Must possess working knowledge of supply chain, supplier qualification, and change management processes.
  • Ability to apply Agile, Hybrid, or Traditional (Waterfall) project management methodologies as appropriate.
  • Proficiency in using technical systems for part data, supplier tracking, and quality documentation.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and provide new perspectives on existing solutions.
  • Capability to lead cross-functional teams and act as a resource for less experienced colleagues.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly to internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Willingness to perform periodic domestic and international travel to supplier and manufacturing sites.
