Global Services Data & Business Analyst

What you'll do

• Solve complex business problems using quantitative analysis and financial modeling.
• Design and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards to provide actionable insights for executive leadership.
• Establish "sources of truth" and perform rigorous data validation to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Automate manual reporting workflows using Python, Alteryx, or SQL to increase data velocity.
• Integrate AI and Machine Learning outputs into BI workflows for predictive forecasting and anomaly detection.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop and manage automated data workflows and ETL pipelines.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries across various databases and cloud warehouses.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor's degree.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Data or Business Analyst.
• Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience building automated data workflows, ETL pipelines, and reporting solutions.
• Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience designing and publishing advanced dashboards in Tableau Desktop and Server.
• Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries across various platforms.
• Ability to use Python or Alteryx to automate manual reporting workflows.
• Ability to integrate AI/Machine Learning outputs into BI workflows for predictive forecasting.
