What you'll do

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of lawful data requests from authorities in compliance with global privacy laws.
  • Develop and coordinate performance oversight across the full response lifecycle for LEOps teams.
  • Facilitate planning and change management to enhance operational efficiency and threat mitigation.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators to leadership, including case volume and resolution times.
  • Identify operational gaps and risk vulnerabilities within LEOps and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Establish and maintain quality standards, workflows, and training for globally distributed teams.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in complex, data-driven delivery operations with at least 3 years leading operational development.
  • Strong safety background and experience leading globally distributed teams in Trust and Safety.
  • Proven ability to establish case management systems, workflows, process SLAs, and QA processes.
  • Subject matter expertise in global data privacy laws affecting disclosures to law enforcement.
  • Experience defining KPIs, building reporting, and using data to drive decisions for senior leadership.
  • Enabled performance management across a matrixed organization spanning multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
