What you'll do

• Define and execute new approaches to detect, contain, and mitigate security threats.
• Own incident response outcomes, leading identification, containment, eradication, and recovery.
• Shape team operations by evolving models, guiding execution, and scaling through automation.

What we're looking for

• 9+ years of industry experience in threat detection and incident response.
• Minimum 3-5 years of engineering management experience.
• Proven ability to shape or evolve incident response programs in complex environments.
• Strong people management skills with a track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent.
• Deep understanding of attacker behavior and frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK.
• Experience with EDR, SIEM, cloud environments, and investigation workflows.
• Comfortable partnering with engineering teams to build scalable security solutions.
