What you'll do

Define and operationalize KPI frameworks for global Fraud & Safety operations.
Build dashboards and reporting systems to monitor enforcement performance globally.
Design and lead experiments to improve enforcement quality and user experience.
Optimize staffing, capacity planning, and queue management for vendors and internal teams.
Partner with Product and Engineering to translate insights into workflow improvements.
Standardize metrics and taxonomies across workflows to create a consistent source of truth.
Build self-service analytics tools enabling Ops leaders to monitor performance independently.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in analytics, risk management, or safety operations.
Proven leadership in managing high-performing teams for at least 5 years.
Expertise in designing and operationalizing KPI frameworks for large-scale human operations.
Strong SQL skills and data modeling expertise with knowledge of Python/R and ML pipelines.
Ability to translate complex problems into structured analytical frameworks and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience enabling independent, forward-facing, data-driven decision-making across teams through self-service analytics tools.
Skilled in incident impact analysis, post-incident analytics, and scenario planning for systematic improvements.
