You will solve complex challenges regarding data integrity and high-volume transaction processing for ultra-high-net-worth clients.

What you'll do

  • Lead a globally distributed team of up to 80 professionals across multiple regions to support wealth data platforms.
  • Implement Generative AI and automation technologies to transition from reactive to proactive production management.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for major incident recovery and root-cause investigations.
  • Manage the global production budget and vendor relationships to optimize total cost of ownership.
  • Enforce strict change governance standards to ensure technical updates prioritize long-term platform stability.
  • Develop and implement SLA/KPI frameworks to improve operational efficiency and service levels.
  • Ensure compliance with global regulations and corporate policies regarding risk and control management.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree, university degree, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of industry-relevant experience in Production Management, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Technology Operations within a complex, global financial services environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large, globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
  • Demonstrated experience applying Generative AI, machine learning, or advanced automation to optimize operational processes.
  • Strong conceptual understanding of prompt engineering and AI-driven operations.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise data solutions, analytics platforms, and wealth management workflows.
  • Familiarity with modern technology stacks including relational/NoSQL databases, middleware, microservices, and cloud-native environments (AWS/OpenShift).
  • Strong financial planning, budgeting, and cost-discipline capabilities.
