What you'll do

Design and develop data engineering solutions for digital transformation initiatives.
Create data governance specifications to ensure compliance with Data and Analytics Hub standards.
Identify gaps in data processes through business transformation workshops and propose scalable architectures.
Advise on complex analytics design, aligning with company-wide principles and strategies.
Develop proof-of-concept projects demonstrating the potential of advanced data platforms like Microsoft Fabric.

What we're looking for

Over 12 years of experience in modern data engineering, warehousing, and lake technologies on cloud platforms like Azure and AWS.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience building FP&A applications integrating Workday Adaptive with ERP systems and Azure data platform.
Extensive SQL expertise for cloud-native data warehousing and modeling over a period of more than 10 years.
Minimum 3 years implementing end-to-end medallion architecture using Databricks or similar tools.
Proven experience configuring Azure cloud platforms, building automated ETL/ELT pipelines, and working with Spark and Python for big data processing.
