What you'll do
Lead the design and development of data engineering solutions for digital transformation initiatives.
Design scalable data and analytics architectures to address identified business needs.
Develop advanced analytics standards and procedures across the organization’s Data Hub.
Integrate Workday Adaptive with Azure analytics stack, including ETL/ELT pipelines.
Advise on complex analytics designs to align with Data and Analytics Hub principles.
Demonstrate potential of Data Fabric platform through proof-of-concept projects.
What we're looking for
Over 12 years of experience in modern data engineering and cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, Databricks.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience with FP&A applications integration using Workday Adaptive, Anaplan, SAP BPC.
Extensive SQL expertise for cloud-native data warehousing and modeling over 10 years.
Solid background in schema design and dimensional data modeling.
Minimum 3 years implementing end-to-end medallion architecture on Databricks or similar tools.
Proven experience configuring Azure cloud platforms and building automated ETL/ELT pipelines.
Comprehensive knowledge of data warehouse best practices using MS Fabric, Azure Synapse, Redshift.
