Global Authorities Product Associate

What you'll do

• Define and prioritize AI use cases aligned to product outcomes with measurable success metrics and guardrails.
• Assess data readiness and partner with engineering teams on sourcing, quality, lineage, and access controls.
• Partner with data science teams on model development, selection, and requirements for explainability.
• Ensure governance-aligned delivery through documentation, auditability, and active partnership with risk and control functions.
• Apply AI within complex, permissioned data environments while maintaining strict adherence to entitlements and audit trails.
• Elicit, specify, discover, and document customer requirements in partnership with the product manager.
• Track and report on key performance indicators and product metrics set by leadership.
• Support the product team in analyzing customer needs and market opportunities.

What we're looking for

• Baseline knowledge in a relevant domain area, project management, or equivalent expertise.
• Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Emerging level knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Understanding of basic analytics tools.
• Experience defining and prioritizing AI use cases aligned to product outcomes and success metrics.
