Generative AI Engineering Lead, Senior Vice President

What you'll do

• Lead the delivery roadmap for generative and agentic AI projects from scoping through production deployment.
• Build, mentor, and manage multiple teams of AI engineers including hiring, performance, and budget planning.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of production-ready generative AI applications meeting security standards.
• Direct the design of agentic workflows and multi-agent systems to set standards for orchestration and execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for generative AI delivery and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Partner with data, cloud architecture, and MLOps teams to integrate AI solutions across the technology environment.
• Champion best practices in CI/CD, LLMOps, and agile delivery to drive repeatable outcomes.
• Establish governance and responsible AI frameworks to ensure ethical and compliant deployment.

What we're looking for

• More than 10 years of experience in applications development, delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.
• Experience managing global technology teams across multiple locations and time zones.
• Working knowledge of industry practices and standards in generative AI and software delivery.
• Proficiency in Python to build, review, and guide the delivery of generative AI and agentic solutions.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills to engage senior stakeholders.
• Ability to negotiate and influence senior leaders and external parties on technology strategy and delivery decisions.
• Strong risk management capability to ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate policy requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
